Delete your account

You can permanently delete your AstroNakshatraPath account at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your login (email and password) and mobile number.
• All saved Kundli profiles, birth details and calculated charts.
• Your Astro Gannu AI chat history, AI credit balance and usage history.
• Your generated reports, their delivery records, and our records of your report payments.
• Your astrologer workspace and its client Kundlis, if you have one.

What is not deleted by us

• Payment transaction records held by our payment gateway, Razorpay, which it retains under its own legal and regulatory obligations.
• Report emails or WhatsApp messages already delivered to you, and copies of PDFs you have downloaded — these are on your own devices and accounts.

Paid reports and any unused AI credits are removed together with the account and cannot be restored afterwards, so download any reports you want to keep first.

How to delete

Log in and return to this page, or open Dashboard → Account → Delete account in the website or app.

Can't log in? Email astronakshatrapath@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.
