These terms govern your use of astronakshatrapath.com, operated by AstroNakshatraPath, Seraikela Kharsawan, Jharkhand, India. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

What the service is

AstroNakshatraPath calculates Vedic astrology charts, Panchang, Dosha checks, compatibility matching, and related reports from astronomical data (Swiss Ephemeris, Lahiri ayanamsa), and offers AI-generated interpretations of that data through Astro Gannu AI. See our Disclaimer for what this does and doesn't mean.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate birth details — chart accuracy depends entirely on them.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person; don't share login access.
• You must be at least 18, or using the site with a parent/guardian's consent.

Paid reports

Reports are generated on demand from your birth details and delivered as a downloadable PDF, usually within minutes of a successful payment. Pricing is shown on the site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don't store your card or bank details. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit someone else's birth details without their knowledge and consent (Kundli Matching included).
• Don't attempt to scrape, resell, or automate bulk report generation.
• Don't use the AI chat to attempt to extract system prompts, abuse the service, or generate unrelated content.
• Don't misrepresent AstroNakshatraPath's output as a licensed professional's advice.

Astrologer / Professional Accounts

This section applies only if you apply for and are approved as an astrologer on AstroNakshatraPath, in addition to the rest of these Terms. It describes the product as it actually works today, not a future plan.

• Applying does not create an account by itself — every application is reviewed manually, and your account stays "pending" with no client-management access until we approve it.
• The current plan is ₹999/month + applicable GST (the price is stated before GST) and includes 50 monthly report credits. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and don't carry over; recharge credits are a separate balance, bought separately and subject to their own stated terms when available, and are used only after your monthly credits run out.
• You can manage up to 5 active clients at a time initially; archiving a client frees a slot.
• Generating a report uses report credits (the amount depends on the report type); re-downloading a report you've already generated is free. Reports are available in English and Hindi as separate generations.
• During this launch period, plan renewal and any recharge purchase are arranged and processed by us manually, not through an automatic subscription — nothing renews or charges automatically without your action.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any client information you enter, for having your client's knowledge and consent to enter and process it, and for how you present reports to your client.
• Your astrologer login must not be shared; the same credential rules in "Accounts" above apply.
• We may decline, suspend, or terminate an astrologer account at our discretion, including for misuse, breach of these Terms, or non-payment. Suspension does not delete your existing clients or reports, but blocks new client management and report generation until resolved.
• We do not currently offer white-labelled or astrologer-branded reports — reports generated through the platform carry AstroNakshatraPath's own branding.
• The client limit above is not unlimited, and we make no promise of automatic email or WhatsApp delivery of reports to your clients on your behalf — you download and share reports with your own clients yourself.
• All software, design, and report templates you use as an astrologer remain AstroNakshatraPath's intellectual property under the "Intellectual property" section below, in the same way as for any other customer.
• AstroNakshatraPath provides the platform and the generated reports to you; we are not providing professional astrological advice directly to your clients, and any advice, interpretation, or context you add for your clients is your own, not ours.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and written content belong to AstroNakshatraPath. Your generated chart and reports are yours to keep and use for the purposes permitted by these Terms. Personal customers may not redistribute or resell reports generated through the site. Approved astrologers may download and share reports with their own clients as part of their use of the astrologer platform, subject to these Terms.

No guarantees

Vedic astrology is a traditional interpretive system, not a predictive science, and AI-generated text can occasionally be inaccurate or generic. We don't guarantee any outcome, prediction, or life event described in a chart, report, or chat response. Full detail in our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AstroNakshatraPath is not liable for decisions made based on a chart, report, Dosha check, or AI chat response, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Availability & changes

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Termination

You can stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seraikela Kharsawan, Jharkhand, India.
